L\u2019objectif secondaire \u00e9tait le crit\u00e8re composite Hospitalisation, Insuffisance cardiaque, AIT, AVC \u00e0 12 mois, saignement<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultats :<\/strong> 52 % Hommes age moyen 72 ans. Le bras impliquant le service de rythmologie l\u2019emporte sur tous les crit\u00e8res primaires :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiation traitement anticoagulant 1,7+\/- 13 vs 17 +\/- 64 jours p=0,002<\/li>\n<li>Initiation traitement AA : 2.6+12.13 vs. 25+73 jours p&lt;0.001<\/li>\n<li>Dur\u00e9e de s\u00e9jour : 2,35 +\/- 2,5 vs 5,84 +\/- 6,3 p&lt;0.001<\/li>\n<li>Ablation : 52.8 + 43.6, vs180.6 + 70 jours, p&lt;0.001<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Crit\u00e8res secondaires :<\/strong> Pas de diff\u00e9rence significative sauf sur l\u2019augmentation du nombre de consultations et hospitalisation dans le bras traditionnel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion :<\/strong> cette \u00e9tude met en \u00e9vidence l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat d\u2019une prise en charge rythmologique pr\u00e9coce de FA de novo aux urgences, ce dont on pouvait se douter.
