La surveillance \u00e9tait r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par un moniteur implantable ou 2 ECG 1 d\u00e9rivation\/ jour. Age moyen 65 ans, dur\u00e9e de la FA 5 mois. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le r\u00e9sultat est d\u00e9cevant. Il ne montre pas de diff\u00e9rence significative entre les 2 groupes : 52.4% dans le groupe Isolation des veines, 53.9% dans le groupe veine + mur post\u00e9rieur HR 1.01 (95% IC 0.74\u20131.38, p=0.96). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le pr\u00e9sentateur Peter Kistler a conclu que l\u2019addition empirique d\u2019une IMP syst\u00e9matique seule n\u2019est pas justifi\u00e9e.
